DENIM TEARS offers a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and limited-edition drops may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the box to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method once the inspection is complete.
